About the Opportunity
Northern Health is currently recruiting for a diagnostic and interventional radiologist in Prince George, BC. Join a robust team of radiologists, technicians, and support staff at the University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC) to support our growing practice. Prospective radiologists should be comfortable with general radiology, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI, as well as basic image guided interventional procedures. UHNBC is the largest acute care facility in the Northern Health region and a hub for specialized health services. Radiology services at UHNBC include the breast imaging centre with tomosynthesis mammography, ultrasound, MRI (1.5 Tesla Siemens upgrade 2017), CT scanners (multi detector/multi slice/dual energy), nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology.
Qualifications
Candidates should be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, ideally holding FRCPC designation.
