DR BRENDA FARNQUIST
BMLSc, MD, RCPSC
Dr. Farnquist is Past President of the BC Radiological Society. She is a Radiologist working for Interior Health. Besides her innumerable duties as a physician, Dr. Farnquist is passionate about the wellness of her fellow physicians and incoming medical students and residents.
She is a member of the University of British Columbia Radiology Wellness and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committees and is currently working on a CAR knee MRI appropriateness project with the CSSR branch of the CAR.
When Dr. Farnquist is not working, advising or mentoring, she loves trail running, hiking, and cycling on Kelowna’s many beautiful trails with her supportive husband, Steve, daughter Sofia, and dog Peaches.
